Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Company's information systems and websites (Products).
Users explicitly agree to the processing of their personal data as described in this Policy. Processing means any operation with personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, including but not limited to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, and retrieval of personal data, as well as their use, transfer, distribution, provision, access, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The service is provided by LLC "IMPERIUM MANAGEMENT COMPANY," its subsidiaries, franchisees, contractors, and licensees (affiliated companies). The Company acts as a data controller, is responsible for the purposes of processing Users' personal data, and may transfer personal data or entrust their processing to any affiliated company as prescribed by law.

  • Data and documents on experience and qualifications;
  • Ratings and awards;
  • Reviews;
  • Photos and videos;
  • Schedule;
  • Workplace description;
  • Work samples;
  • Questionnaire results;
  • Entrepreneur or self-employed status;
  • Service costs;
  • Remote work information;
  • User identifier;
  • City of residence;
  • Interaction history with the User;
  • Address and other contact information provided by the User;
  • Information about completed payment transactions (amount, currency).
In addition to the specified information, the Company may collect and store the following information about Users:
  • Messages and call recordings when made through the technical solutions provided by the Company, as well as messages sent to the Company by other means;
  • Other information about Users' interactions with the Company's products, the results of collecting Service visit statistics, and publicly available information about the programs and devices used for such access, including geolocation data or IP address.
Processing period: until the purpose of processing is achieved, that is, throughout the entire duration of the Service usage.
The Company has the right to process your personal data (including in the event of a request to stop processing personal data) in situations where this is necessary in accordance with legal requirements, to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Company, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that your rights and freedoms are not violated.

Use
The main goal of the Company in collecting personal data is to provide Users with a safe and functional Service, which includes:

  • Service providers who provide the assistance provided for in the agreements in delivering the Products, support the Company's services (e.g., fraud investigation, payment collection, customer service, consulting services);

  • Law enforcement agencies, other government agencies, or third parties in response to a request for information as part of a criminal investigation, other illegal activity, or any activity that may lead to liability for the Company or its Users.
Without limiting the foregoing, while striving to respect Users' personal information, the Company will not provide personal data to any parties, including authorized government agencies, without a request made in strict accordance with the law.

The Company may use cookies and web beacons to help analyze information flow, customize services, information content, and advertising, measure site performance, and ensure reliability and security for market research, revenue tracking, and improving website functionality, monitoring compliance with these terms, protecting legitimate rights, and interests.
The Company uses the following types of web analytics tools:

Security
Users' personal data is stored in the Company's information systems and is protected by various methods (encryption, passwords, restricted access by affiliated companies, employees, and contractors, physical security, etc.) to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
The Company does not make decisions affecting Users' rights and legitimate interests solely based on automated processing of personal data, except for cases where information is provided as a result of a request made by the User using the interface of automated systems.
When making legally significant decisions, interacting with third-party Users at the request of the Company, fulfilling agreements with Users, or responding to Users' requests, non-automated processing of personal data is carried out to the extent necessary for such interaction and in compliance with security requirements for other data not affected by the processing.
Prohibitions and Restrictions
Users undertake:
  • Not to use the Service and/or other Company products for the purposes of committing criminal offenses, disclosing information constituting state or other specially protected secrets, distributing materials (including images, comments, reviews, etc.) that contain public calls for terrorism or publicly justify terrorism, other extremist materials, as well as materials that promote pornography, violence, and cruelty, contain profanity, offensive, obscene content, promote violence, extremist views, discrimination, incitement of religious, racial, political, or interethnic hatred, violate the rights of authors or copyright holders, contain the personal data of other user(s) without their consent, as well as other user content prohibited by law or infringing the rights and interests of third parties;
  • Not to allow the dissemination of information with the aim of discrediting citizens or certain categories of citizens based on gender, age, racial or national affiliation, language, religious beliefs, profession, place of residence and work, as well as in connection with their political beliefs when using the Service and/or other Company products;
  • To comply with the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the Kingdom of Thailand's referendum and election laws, to respect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations, including the honor, dignity, and business reputation of citizens, and the business reputation of organizations, when using the Service and/or other Company products;
  • Not to post on the Service images containing:
  • Links and contact details (including: email, phone number, website addresses, or social media account);
  • Personal data or confidential information of third parties;
  • Images of third parties, body parts, animals, trademarks, trade names, logos, flags, coats of arms, symbols, as well as other information and images that are not related to the order, review, experience, and qualifications of the user and/or the relevant section of the user's personal account;
  • Images that infringe the rights of third parties, the rules of the Service, or the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Third Parties
This Policy applies only to the processing of personal data provided by Users at the Company's request. If the user voluntarily provides other data, they must be aware that the Company cannot obtain prior consent for such processing and may not be aware of the potentially sensitive nature of such information. When using the Service, users assume the risks associated with the consequences of providing their personal data to third parties, including Specialists. It is recommended to clarify the purposes of using the information before providing personal data in chats, messengers, and during personal contact.
Changes
The Company continuously improves methods of collecting, storing, and processing data, including security measures. In this regard, and also in cases of changes in personal data legislation, the Company may change this Policy at any time by notifying Users on the Company's websites. Continuing to use the Products after such changes confirms the User's acceptance of these changes, provided that separate consent is not required by law.
