Terms of use


General Provisions The Company provides a service that helps clients and specialists meet.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter - Terms) define the general terms of the legal relationship between you and the Company and are not public. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Service without explanation. The Terms are considered accepted from the moment of your unconditional acceptance. Unconditional acceptance is considered to be the beginning of the use of the Service and any other Company product.
By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the current version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you have the right to stop using the Company’s products. The Company has the right to review the Terms at any time without prior notice, as well as to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in whole or in part to any third party. The new version of the Terms is considered effective from the moment it is posted on the Service.
Liability
The Company does not provide services for your orders, is not the employer of specialists, and is not responsible to you for the results of their work. The Company is not the owner of the information aggregator about services and, therefore, does not act as a party to the legal relationships regulated by the "Consumer Rights Protection" Law.
The Company does not guarantee:
  • The relevance of information about the Company’s products, third-party goods, and services;
  • Compensation for damages from the consequences of using the Company’s products;
  • Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Company’s products.
By accepting the Terms, you undertake not to post on the Service images, comments, reviews containing or promoting profanity, offensive or obscene materials, materials promoting violence, extremist views, discrimination, incitement of religious, racial, political, or interethnic hatred, violating the rights of authors or copyright holders, containing personal data of other users without their consent, as well as other user content prohibited by law or infringing the rights and interests of third parties.
The Company has the right to refuse publication or remove images, comments, reviews, or other user content previously posted by you on the Service without explanation.
Registration
To use the service, you need only to access the Company’s web services. When using the Company’s products, you provide data for processing the request: name, phone number, email address (if available), and the address where the service will be provided. You can stop using the Company’s products at any time.
Security of Your Data We strongly recommend not sharing your account password with others and not using it on other websites. You agree to promptly notify the Company in cases when:
  • Someone has gained access to your account;
  • Actions are being taken in your account, such as creating orders or correspondence, of which you are unaware.

Processing of your personal data provided during registration on the Company’s services is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) effective from 01.06.2022.
By accepting the Terms, you consent to:
  • The processing of the information you provide and any information obtained about you under the contract and applicable legislation. Processing includes any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with data, such as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of data.
  • Receiving information about the Company and its partners without any restrictions. Some notifications cannot be turned off, such as notifications about the status of an order you created.
  • You consent to the placement of your review about working with a specialist on the Internet, with or without your name, as well as details of the order (distribution of your personal data).
  • The Company may show specialists data about clients: your rating, reviews about working with you, the number of reviews you have left, the date of account creation, photos, the fact of having social networks (without a link to the account). The Company will have access to view chats with specialists, as well as recordings of your calls when made through the Company’s provided technical solutions.
  • The Company has the right at any time and without explanation to prohibit access to the Service or delete your account in case of violation of the Terms, Privacy Policy, other Service rules, or the legislation of the Kingdom of Thailand, including for technical reasons. The Company may provide your data in cases:
  • A request has been received from law enforcement, judicial, or other state bodies;
  • The Company has received information about possible illegal actions;
  • In other cases under the applicable legislation.
Use of Company Materials The use of information is permitted provided that the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand are complied with.
It is prohibited:
  • To extract any data from the website (parsing);
  • To use Company materials in the context of appearing as a partner;
  • To use Company’s means of individualization (trademarks, logos, etc.) for advertising, monetizing any projects, demonstrating partnership experience, and work examples without the Company’s written consent.
Applicable Law The Terms, as well as any legal relations related to the use of the Company’s products, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Jurisdiction for unresolved disputes is determined by the location of the Company (performance of the contract). A dispute may be submitted to the court after 30 days from the date of sending a written claim to the Company.
